  The coffee used for our Iced Black Coffee cans changes throughout the year in line with harvest seasonality.

  This season's coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers in Sidamo, one of Ethiopia's most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Grown at elevations of up to 2,100 metres and processed using the washed method, it showcases the bright, clean character that has made Ethiopian coffees renowned around the world.

Built as a dedicated space for innovation in coffee, it forms the foundation of a growing range of speciality coffee products, crafted with the same care, transparency and precision that define our core offering.

  Based just down the road from our roastery in Cornwall, the brewery has been purposefully designed to bring cold brew production in‑house for the first time. By managing grinding, brewing and packing ourselves, we have the space to explore new formats and ways of serving and enjoying coffee, without compromising on quality, flavour or integrity.
